We create a ton of marketing and communication material like ads, landing pages, emails, social media posts, etc. Most of of the time, you will be working on these briefs Keep up, develop, and experiment with various visual styles we use for different programs Develop illustrations, logos for sister/sub-brands Uphold the quality of visual & communication design at GrowthSchool Make friends and do crazy good work with a passionate team working to change the face of education

Skills

• Proficient with modern design tooling software like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• High quality (Well thought out and executed) sense of visual aesthetics and design as demonstrated by past work/portfolio
• Excellent communication skills: you will be working with 3 teams
• Great at building relationships with people around you
