Job Description

Work closely with senior user experience designers to define and lead UX strategy and be the owner of all major UX assets Analyse user requirements using various UX methods like Stakeholder workshops, user interviews, intercept surveys, card sorting, affinity maps, crazy eights and user tests Conceptualize and design user product experiences that users enjoy (and fail to notice the UI). Champion new ideas and takes smart risks. Design wireframes, user journeys, mockups with a mindset to make our user’s life better. Understand the core difficulties and devise a creative and practical solution. Believe in action items on every screen and make a great effort in offering minimalist design within the scope of the system. Create digital product visualizations by designing wireframes, sketch, prototype, and mockups. Design the visual elements of the user-experience (web, mobile app, GUI, embedded screens) while maintaining the brand guidelines and product standards. Create style guides and design pattern libraries in support of our brand and cross-platform experiences Support the development teams on implementation of your design Create digital product visualizations by designing wireframes, sketch, prototype, and mockups. Administer and collect UI issues with respect to user acceptance testing and perfect design if needed. Conduct user experience studies, surveys, A/B experiments and evaluate user feedback

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in designing Web, Mobile & Platform specific applications
• Fluency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch and industry standard tools
• Demonstrated command of visual design principles, especially around typography, colour, iconography, information hierarchy, layout, responsive design
• Proficiency in mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards
• Intermediate to expert skills in motion graphics and animation effects
• Nimbleness; the ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups quickly in an iterative environment
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, etc.
• Masters/Bachelors Degree, preferably in user interface design, HCI, interaction design, visual communication/graphic design or related field preferred. May be substituted with significant industry experience and accomplishments
