Job Description

Collaborates with Product Management, User Researchers, Customers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand the needs and goals Improving usability, user experience and driving user adoption and engagement Works closely with front-end engineers to assist in translating interactive prototypes into functional working front-end code Ability to quickly communicate design ideas by sketching and/or wireframing Creates interactive prototypes that demonstrate high-level workflow and/or specific UI interactions as needed Follows established standards and utilizes existing design patterns to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience as well as defines any new design patterns Stays abreast of industry trends and best practice for design

Skills

• Understands all aspects of design: including information architecture, visual design, industry UI standards for desktop and web-based applications, and UX best practices
• Analytical and detailed oriented, gifted in workflow analysis
• Proficient with design tools, such as Axure, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred
• Microsoft Office and productivity related applications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and personal organization skills
