Job Description

Design and improve the look and feel of interactive websites and products. Establish consistent brand and creative designs Design wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. Should be able to present and defend your design decisions which should follow design thinking and other fundamental principles (like Visual Hierarchy, Color Theory, etc. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. Should keep yourself updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards. Should collaborate with other designers and stakeholders/clients.

Skills

• Solid understanding of UI design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong experience with interactive design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, etc.
• Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
