Job Description

Create design flows, IA, wireframes and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant. Conceptualising, designing and prototyping new features for our core products. Collaborate with other teams to understand requirements and develop creative solutions. Ability to understand and analyse user needs and conduct frequent, iterative usability testing in parallel with development. Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools like Sketch, Zeplin, Balsamiq, Illustrator/Photoshop. Deep understanding of design methodologies, principles and visual design. Experience in digital product design, preferably android and web.

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of design for mobility
• Excellent knowledge of Design software’s Adobe, Sketch, Invision and other prototyping tools
• Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock-ups for both web and mobile
• An outstanding portfolio that showcases your foundation in ideation, visual design, interaction and delivery
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles

Work with the Product & Marketing team to produce high-quality designs which include sales creative, infographics, email campaigns, printing materials such as Hoarding , Brochures and Pamphlets. Has a good experience in working with brand guidelines and adhere to those standards. Has the skill to convert sketches into beautiful illustrations. Ability to communicate with users effectively to gather feedback, new ideas, etc. Embrace and welcome the design challenges and early feedback. Has to have experience in stakeholder expectation management and taking end to end ownership of the project
