Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets. Build page navigation buttons and search fields. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables). Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Help establish the design language for visual design and brand guidelines. Partner closely with product, business and engineering leads to set the vision and agenda for the overall product. Take the accountability of the overall health of the products you design and bring in predictability of the deliverables of your team. Effectively priorities complex workload, regularly communicate clear timelines, status updates and design requirements to internal customers at all levels, including senior management. Build excellence in design as a team of designers expands and evolves. If you're a system thinker who thinks big and designs for scalability, you would be perfect for this role.
