Job Description

Practitioner of Human Centered Design approach. End to end responsibility of UI/UX design (mobile and web app interfaces) of products. Coordinate, collaborate and conduct behavioral analysis, user research, prototyping, information architecture design, interaction design, usability testing in an agile way. Create user flows, wireframe, prototypes, low-high fidelity mock-ups. Design the information architecture, interface, and interaction flow of the products. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions. Communicate user research and design ideas to gain team alignment and understanding by leveraging the appropriate tools/methods (storyboards, user flows, site maps, prototypes, etc.). Mature our Design System into a full-fledged system complete with both Figma components, documentation, and code.

Skills

• Hands on experience in building fintech or banking or B2C related products & services.
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills and a portfolio of interactive projects.
• Strong technical UX skills in (but not limited to) sketching, wireframing, prototyping and visual design
• Expert knowledge of major mobile platforms, fluent in responsive design, native mobile/tablet UI UX design for both iOS and Android.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch and InVision etc.
• Experience in working in an agile/scrum development process.
• A university degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a Design or Behavioural science discipline.
