Create amazing user experiences Opportunity to translate high level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Join the product team in Global IDs that creates the most innovative applications for businesses. Build innovative complex applications with many screens and screens within screens. Take ownership of the end user field research program and consistently gather insight about the end user's context of our product. Define and gather UX requirements for new features and enhancements. Prioritize complex features across multiple areas of expertise considering quality, resiliency, and delivery timeline trade-offs. Work closely with the Product Engineering team as the UX/ UI advocate and represent the voice of the user. Take ownership of the user experience design strategy and execution across the entire product line. Manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with Product Managers providing feedback on suggested designs and requirements.

Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX concepts for Enterprise / Business applications (relevance, priority, impact and meaning of different layouts and patterns).
• Must possess solid hands-on experience with appropriate design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Solid experience in HTML5/XHTML/CSS3/JavaScript/Bootstrap.
• Exposure to designing UI for platforms like iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile.
• Exposure to frameworks like Polymer, Node.js, Angular JS etc are added advantages.
• Proven ability to handle multiple, fast-moving creative projects and have the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
