Conceptualization and designing of creatives that will be used on clients’ social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Basic know-how of Web Graphic work (User Interface designer, Website Layout Designing (Parallax, Responsive Designs), Banner Ads, Emailer Designing. Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process Conceptualizing the overall creative approach and creative strategy for brands as per the campaign requirements and brand guidelines

Skills

• Must have in-depth experience in understanding the importance of creative content that appeals to a digitally native audience across social platforms, Google, websites and other digital media.
• Must have experience and expertise in designing and producing collateral for marketing in the form of adverts, posters and other print material

Working from a brief and generating ideas Converting ideas into highly usable interfaces to be presented for internal review Strong understanding of responsive web design and web development Understanding of usability and navigation issues both desktop and mobile Preparing low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brain storming. Presenting high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the client for review/iteration/approval. Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects Be a problem solver with a positive attitude Ability to explain his/her design in writing in English

Skills

The candidate should be B.Des, Graphic Design, Any Degree in Design. He/She should have a work experience of minimum 2 years.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Considerable knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• A thorough understanding of visual design/layout principles on mobile and web
• Grasp of UX/UI practices for Android and iOS
• Attention to detail in designing screens
• Open-minded, friendly, and positive attitude
• Knowledge of Wordpress is desirable
• Ability to recognize PHP code in server side files and recognize Javascript code and understand generally purposes of code will be an add on
