Job Description

Define and implement the look and feel of the app products through motion design. Provide patterns, best practices and guidance on animation and transitions for different interactions. Collaborate closely with fellow user experience designers, product managers and engineers to define, challenge and solve complex problems to enhance interactivity and delight users. Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards in the company.

Skills

• Portfolio of work demonstrating command of Motion Design and/or Interaction Design in web or mobile contexts
• Must be a self starter, experience in a high paced startup is a big plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite especially Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro a must.
• Ability to coordinate with all stakeholders across teams and deliver high quality output.
• Experience with 3D graphics and animations is a plus.
