Job Description

Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Gather & evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product manager & engineers. Facilitate product's vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions with ability to design delightful visual following the minimalistic style of design approach. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Skills

• Worked on at least one Real Business Project.
• Knowledge in Web and Mobile App design is mandatory.
• Start Up experience is a plus.
• Two or more years of UX design experience.
• UX portfolio showcasing complete flow, share pdf or behance link (any web link would work), would be great if you could share a prototype link to any of your project or solution.
• Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq or similar tool.
• Knowledge of Photoshop is must. Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
• Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
• Ability to conduct usability test with target group - Identify issues with solution - Incorporate changes based on feedback & enhance the solution to its best.
• Should have an understanding of creating user personas, Task flow, Journey maps, Information Architecture.
