Job Description

Ensure UX documentation is continuously updated and distributed to Engineering in a timely manner Help with UX artefact handoffs, like CSS metrics from prototypes, to Engineering Collaborate with project team members and clients to develop organisational concepts Translate concepts into effective user experience architectures Develop plans that production teams can use to help guide their work Collaborate on the development of a design system within Sketch Prepare UX documentation (site architectures, wireframes, use cases and task flows, etc.) to be used by the Engineering team Identify and implement opportunities to refine UX process

Skills

• Expert ability with Sketch
• A multidisciplinary educational background in disciplines such as psychology, computer science, information sciences, human/computer interface design or commerce/business are all helpful
• Keen to develop better knowledge of User Experience Architecture best practices and the tools used to create deliverable while meeting deadlines.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, site maps and user flows.
• Understand how to create and use personas and use case scenarios.
• Some knowledge of interpreting analytics, metrics, usability testing and user data.
• Great communicator with an eye for detail.
• Able to discuss, defend and debate concepts with team members.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and strategic execution.
• Can comfortably work on multiple projects, simultaneously.
• Show creative thinking and complete assignments rapidly, while demonstrating an attention to detail
