User research and prototype testing.Development of user flow diagrams and wireframes.Create high fidelity mockups demonstrating UI for a range of use cases.Work closely with engineers and product managers.Constantly look for ways to evolve the design and user experience to increase response and engagement.Serve as an expert interactive design consultant within cross-functional project teams, and champion design concepts to stakeholdersShould be able to manage and mentor the UX teamCome up with training needs and growth path for individual employeeHelp the sales team with pitch presentation and going for client meetings to understand the requiremenTravelling onsite might be required.

Skills

Knowledgeof UX processes and principles

Key Responsibilities & Skills: UX Gathering project requirements and translating them into design requirements (scenarios and tasks) and mapping the requirements into product work flows. Create design solutions that capture business, technology and user requirements. Should be able to articulate and defend designs to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to create low/high fidelity wireframes (interaction) and detailed designs. Should be able to identify & provide critical feedback from UX perspective Able to come with sketches and prototypes for new products and features In sync with the interaction design trends Visual Closely work with the UX designers to understand and translate wireframes to visuals Should be up-to-date on new visual trends Excellent Project Planning to ensure timely team deliverables. Ensure UI adheres to branding guidelines Design education from reputed institutes Ability to create UI prototypes using Axure, Invision, Principle Creating design documents explaining UI specifications and style guides.

Skills

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related area is REQUIRED (in some cases work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player, self-motivated and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented with excellent understanding of design principles

At Fortune Cookie, We Love UX and are always on the lookout for great designers to join our growing team.As a UI/Visual Designer, you will work closely with a team of fellow designers to create design-differentiated products that users will love to use.Key Responsibilities:• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into intuitive and functional user interfaces• Use Fortune Cookie’s Design Process to create high quality, aesthetic and contemporary interfaces• Create graphics, sketches, layouts, typography, themes, etc. to create consistently high-quality output• Document UI design flows and provide design delivery for development• Interact with engineers to provide development support

Skills

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related area required (Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Must have proficiency in working for web, mobile and wearables
• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be detail oriented and understand user-centred design principles
