Job Description

Collaborate with the social media team to create visually compelling and on-brand content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Design and develop static and dynamic graphics, animations, and videos for use in social media campaigns. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and social media best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of our social media content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Work closely with copywriters to ensure that visual content is aligned with the messaging and tone of each social media post. Ensure all graphics and visual elements are optimized for each platform and are consistent with the brand guidelines. Provide creative solutions to problems and challenges that may arise during the design process. Maintain an organized library of assets and design files for future use.

Skills

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content design work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), and experience with other design software is a plus.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their unique design requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
