Job Description

Create successful, delightful, and intuitive user experiences across all platforms (web and mobile) Concept, storyboard, wireframe, and prototype user experiences on smartphones, tablets, desktops Create production-ready art assets and style guides for implementation by the development team Refactor, touch-up existing UIs Assess technical specifications and derive user interactions and user experience requirements & designs Advocate, mentor and implement best practices in UX Ability to define and drive UX strategy in alignment with industry best practices Understand the product vision through user-centered research and Product Owner collaboration Ability to quickly translate research and business asks into wireframes, user flows, user stories, task flows, pixel-perfect hi-fi comps, lightning-fast prototypes, and any additional materials necessary for human-centered digital experiences Identify design or experiential shortcomings and quickly evaluate and recommend opportunities for enhancement Ability to communicate critical feedback to business partners or development teams while understanding stakeholder goals and needs Design and communicate technical flows from a user’s perspective Work within an Agile workflow to deliver high-quality results

Skills

• Fluency with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Familiarity with Balsamiq, SCSS, Javascript, React is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
• Experience with responsive, mobile-first design
• Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic and full accountability to deliverables and timelines
• Team-oriented — communicate regularly, support and highlight each others’ achievements, and evangelize the discipline
• Ability to follow, evaluate, and recommend improvements to processes and tools that help the team operate efficiently and deliver high value to the company
