Job Description

Own and drive product design vision and set the experience bar for millions of users; Mapping requirements by continuous interaction with product managers; Upholding the voice of the end-user and defending design choices; Create quick sketches, comprehensive wireframes, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes to deliver finished design deliverables; Maintain and enrich our user experience across both web and native app platforms by continuous benchmarking and iterations (even post-launch); Collaborate across teams to improve, maintain and optimize our interaction and visual design systems;

Skills

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, and/or Keynote;
• Portfolio showcasing evidence of strong presentation and other design work;
• Ability to understand a marketing insight, strategy, and activation plan and translate into a compelling visual with limited guidance;

Job Description

Create exceptional digital brand experiences, and present creative thinking to clients, guiding them through iterative user-centered design processes and methods; Work closely with other practices within the Studio to push digital creativity standards and industry trends within the company; Ability to develop big ideas and concepts but also has an eye for detail and edge cases; Experience in working both independently and collaboratively with other designers in an Agile environment to build great user experiences; Developing ideas and concepts from initial wireframes, through to development-ready designs; Prototype and present ideas, interactions and flows with confidence among the design team and clients; Take on feedback and iterate based on insight; Ability to communicate and coordinate across disciplines;

Skills

• Experience in working with digital agencies;
• Conduct user research activities to understand user needs, business requirements, create personas, user journeys, wireframes and fully fleshed out visual design of all the deliverables, aligning with all stakeholder objectives and the chosen technology for implementation;
• Should possess strong knowledge and exposure in creating digital marketing collaterals such as websites, landing pages, emailers, banners, mobile/web apps and social media banners;
• Good knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards and should have experience in building complex design systems and guidelines;
• Should be able to provide effort estimations, timelines and ensure transparency in providing status updates of progress and on-time delivery;

Job Description

Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers; Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods; Present and defend design decisions; All design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.); Continually keep the design team updated with the latest changes as per industry’s standards

Skills

• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended ;
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc;
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz;
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript;
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset;
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process;
