Job Description

Lead the team of UX designers and acts as a mentor, providing guidance and advice in the performance of their individual functions. Champion User Research and human centered design. Always ensure that the team is pursuing achievable, measurable and impactful goals. Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to develop user scenarios, storyboards, and high-level requirements Conceptualize user flows, wireframes, design prototypes and high fidelity mockups. Conceptualises and communicates detailed interaction behavior Ideate with various teams and design the information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows. Rapidly translate these flows into testable prototypes for validation. Facilitate Design Sprints, whiteboarding sessions, card sorting exercises for cross-team collaboration. Spearheads evolutions of our Design Principles and existing style guides with a holistic consideration for all of Fareyes products. Present design work to the product team, and executives for review and feedback Lastly brings the WOW factor

Skills

• Expertise in information architecture, multi-step and cross-platform flows.
• Past work showcasing the use of Design Principles and existing visual frameworks creatively to produce designs with consistent consideration to the holistic user experience, potential states (errors, successes, dead-ends) and product overlaps.
• Apply design thinking, design methods, tools & processes to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Being open to feedback, and willingness to implement changes based on feedback and requirements.
• The Design Lead will help build and lead the growing team to produce high quality project deliverables.
• Good problem solver with an analytical bent of mind
• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
