Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, human computer interaction, or related field• A minimum of 2-10 years’ experience performing Interaction Design for complex transactional interfaces• Experience designing across multiple platforms (including phone, tablet, and PC) with a focus on responsive and adaptive best practices• Strong knowledge of data visualization and experience dealing with large, complex data sets• Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and draw on multiple points of view to create effective interaction designs; experience in the financial information industry is a strong plus• Excellent IxD and IA skills• Experience with all areas of user-centered design including persona creation, discovery research, usability research, heuristic evaluation, and workflow creation, and the ability to apply UCD and information architecture principles to every day practice
