Distill complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences for a range of target users Creatively apply the best user interface design ideas of the consumer Web to business applications. Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate your design concepts to a broad range of colleagues, customers and end users. Working knowledge of WordPress & template integration. Create innovative and cutting edge user interactions. Create and rapidly iterate on ideas in order to develop them, via storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes, or other methods as needed. Discover, evaluate, and document design patterns and standards. Designing and developing training curriculum for external and internal customer base. Understand product vision and competitive landscape

Skills

• At least 3 years’ experience in HTML5, CSS 3 & JavaScript
• Strong working experience in WordPress, PHP, My SQL & JS frameworks (Jquery, BackboneJs, HandlebarJs, UnderscoreJs, etc..)
• Knowledge of WordPress Network Multisite is a plus
• Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, InDesign/Corel Draw, etc...)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with web standards and usability
• Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies
• Ability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with cross functional teams and interacting with technical, professional and executive levels
