Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user research throughout release cycles. Stay on top of changing UX design technologies, as well as industry standards to ensure leading-edge interpretation and execution of design applications. Define best practices and create style guides to ensure high bar of quality. Help drive user testing efforts. Document and articulate intended user experiences through the use of presentation tools such as storyboards, workflows, wireframes etc. Understanding of iOS and Android visual conventions and interaction models/methods.Adoption of 100% agile/ SCRUM methodologies. Participate daily sprint stand ups. Good unit testing skills with proper test coverage. Participating in performance tuning/improvement.

Skills

• An exceptional design portfolio with well thought out interactions and visuals across web applications.
• Conceptualizing, designing and prototyping UI/UX for frontend products based on customer input.
• Usability testing in parallel with development.
• Proven graphic design skills including strength in typography, iconography and information/interaction design.
• Maintaining best practices for UI design and processes.
• Strong understanding on how to create consistent UX across both web and mobile platforms.
• Good expertise in Unit Testing using mock frameworks.
• Great listening skills, with an open minded and team-oriented approach to design.
