Work independently on UX concepts & ideas Provide direction to few in the team Ensure quality delivery for the client Collaborate with internal teams to define UX requirements Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience Use visual design software to refine illustrations Apply sketching techniques, like gradients and contrasts to enhance digital images Present rough drafts to product managers and/or key stakeholders to gain approval Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximize aesthetic consistency Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments & standards.

Skills

• Proven work experience in owning delivery of UX Designs
• Working & coordinating with international teams on UX Designs
• Creating delivery estimates for projects
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects
• Attention to details
• Certification on UX

Participate in brainstorm sessions with other designers and stakeholders, including product and engineering teams · Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs · Develop and maintain UX rules and UI style guides · Develop and conduct usability tests and interviews with clients to explore and validate design options · Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science

· 5+ years’ experience in user experience design or related discipline

· Strong working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

· Knowledge of user centered design processes and methods

· Ability to clearly and effectively present design ideas and product recommendations

· Self-starter and passionate learner

· Creative problem-solver with a strong eye for detail

· Team player who is willing to jump in and help whenever needed by the team

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving, decision making and negotiating skills

Job Description

Delivers digital site and application/site audits, competitive analysis, user research, and product innovation overview Delivers information architecture, site maps, content strategy, user flows, personas, user insights, and functionally annotated wireframes Enables the design and development of digital solutions, including, but not limited to web, mobile, and app Collaborates with U.S. based DXD team to prioritize digital solutions design and needs Performs user testing, both low and high fidelity, to test user behavior and system functionality Assists in product analysis to ensure functional requirements are being met Analyzes and resolves functional requirements to map short-and-long term user, business, and technology requirements to digital designs

Skills

• 8+ years’ experience designing interfaces and Information Architecture for websites, mobile applications, and/or enterprise software or equivalent
• Firm grounding in user experience principles and best practices
• Experience in the development of typical UI deliverables; Personas, Use Cases, Customer Journey Maps, Site Architecture, Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes and Best Practices Research & Heuristics
• Fluency in typical UI deliverable creation tools: Axure, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Omnigraffle, InDesign, and other XD prototyping tools
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver on time results; grace under pressure.
