Understand the current AngularJS based framework, extend the framework as per business requirement and maintain it. Come up with the mock-ups, wireframes and process flow in conjunction with the team members. Reduce, simplify, distill. Know how to let go. Create experiences that are effortless for users by reducing UI complexity down to its essential components. Establish experiences that go beyond good design into delighting users. Join our growing team to create reusable design patterns that span desktop, tablet and phone. Responsible for the Core UI framework, designs, implements and maintains it. The UI Team Lead operates effectively as a member of the development team. Also operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes. Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality. Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format. Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills. Develop unit, system tests and integrate them with Build infrastructure using Protractor or Selenium Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Should have an industry experience of 6+ years having worked in other UI framework/libraries
• Have great instincts for making design decisions and be able to support your choices with research and data.
• Ability to communicate stories that convey your design goals to others.
• Can collaborate with others effectively, and isn’t afraid to bounce ideas around with others before jumping into a project.
• Have a creative vision of your own while being able to work within the bounds of what is possible (and already defined, and imagine what can come next)
• 1-2 years of experience solving product design problems, knowing when to borrow, copy, and steal, knowing when to reinvent.
• Be able to deliver effective, constructive critique, and to listen and accept design criticism.
• Commitment, drive, enthusiasm, ability to handle multiple projects at once, and the passion to make a great User Experience.
• Should have designed/implement UI framework/Components with Pub/Sub model.
• Experience in designing, marking up, developing responsive UI for websites and web applications.
• Good understanding of UI/UX designs and very good design skills.
• Working with a variety of libraries and frameworks, must have experience on AngularJS.
• Passion for user experience design and improving usability
• Good mark-up skills utilizing HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
• Practical experience with jQuery, JSON, AJAX, Styling: CSS,
• Experience designing user interfaces for Desktop Application a plus.
