Developing / add additional functions to existing / new user-facing features using React.js Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with implementing RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

• Design or HCI degree, or comparable work experience
• Strong Conceptualisation, Visual communication skills
• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design components
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of common software development practices
• Outstanding communication/presentation skills to tell your design stories to fellow designers, developers, and product management.

Job Description

- Adept in researching, identifying and incorporating consumer needs into user-- centered designs across multiple platforms. - Expertise must include - User Research by Improving Web site alignment with customer needs through user research that includes In--depth interviews, contextual inquiries and field/diary studies. - Persona Creation: Lead persona creation to optimize user journeys, develop site maps, empathy map, experience map, storyboards, scenarios, and construct wireframes enabling effortless navigation. - Information Architecture: Incorporate IA methods that include card sorting, affinity diagramming, free listing, mental models and search log analysis. - Usability Testing: should participate in all phases of usability testing in lab and remote settings. - Interaction Design: Defining interactions for software (mobile, web and tablet) and electronic devices. - Collaborative and decisive, with strong interpersonal abilities - Must be Strong in communication skills -Presentation, coordination, team working, leading people and influencing clients - Must have Expertise in taking real customer requirements and translating to products that are valuable and successful.

Skills

- Over 8-12 years of experience in UX designing and requirements management.

- Skilled in creating Wire Frames, Data flow diagrams using Adobe Illustrator, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop.
