Job Description

• Help solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, that blends together with brand personality to create delightful experiences. • Create and assess design solutions based on user research data and user goals. • Produce design visualisations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be, in the form of - Storyboards, flows, wireframes and prototypes • Work closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, editors, engineers and user researchers to iterate and deliver flawlessly. • Interface with design teams across Enquero to bring unity among our features. • Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals. • Be self-directed and able to self-manage.

Skills

• Preferred 2+ years of experience in Interaction design & information architecture

• Experience in Software design as well as Mobile application design

• Strong working knowledge of Sketch, Invision, Illustrator and good to know Axure, Photoshop, InDesign and associated design tools

• Design or HCI degree, or comparable work experience

• Strong Conceptualisation, Visual communication skills

• Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design components

• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of common software development practices

• Outstanding communication/presentation skills to tell your design stories to fellow designers, developers, and product management.

• Self-motivated and driven to get the details right

• Ability to multi-task on multiple features.
