• Sound understanding of Javascript, React Native, Ionic-Angular 7 and above
• Experience of working with Product Management and UX in translating wireframes to code.
• Understanding of services driven back-end in the Java-Spring Boot environment

Job Description

- You will be responsible for redesigning our HRMS Product which is being used by more than 100 clients, in India and abroad. Your typical day would consist of working closely with product and engineering teams, in a dynamic, agile environment.- You will need to create an intelligent and intuitive design that will make the users life easy.- You will need to work closely with product managers, understand the user stories/use case and translate them to wireframes and screen mocks- We would expect you to define and decode complex user experience scenarios- Develop fully fleshed mockups to drive product development- Direct and own overall visual appearance of the product.

Skills

- Your success depends on your knowledge in Industrial Design/Human Computer Interaction/Graphic Design/Interaction Design.
- You will need to have a creative and logical approach backed up with some experience doing user research
- Familiarity with the agile software development process
- Creating interactive or clickable prototypes with any popular prototyping tool
- Proficiency in various designing tools and basic technology, goes without saying.
- We would expect you to work independently with minimal hand-holding and direction. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, communicate progress and expected milestones is a must in today's work setup
What is important for us is that you have excellent academic background with at least 2 years in Usability / UX Architecture.
