Job Description

Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. Be an individual contributor, own the core interaction model and design system of our products, ensure the design across stays coherent. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other team members. Make design decisions based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) Create designs that are adaptable across multiple device and screen formats. Interact directly with product end users to develop user interaction and design considering their environment and needs

Skills

• Thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies and user interface design patterns is a must.
• Expertise in user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.
• Ability to create wireframes and convert them to aesthetically pleasing visual design concepts.
• Must have expert level knowledge of prototype and design tools like Balsamiq, UXPin, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery & Prototype Frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation etc.
• Developing designs that are adaptable across devices and screens
• Experience in working on a product for its full lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
