Job Description

Ability to quickly translate brainstorming discussions and big picture ideas into relevant creative visuals. Understanding of basic data visualization principles. The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously. Experience in conducting research/partnering with user researchers. Experience in partnering with engineers to release features, products, or services. Experience in contributing to a design system. Help non-designers understand the visual possibilities and limitations of each project. Drive design projects in collaboration with the design leader and collect feedback to adjust the approach to cater to criteria.

Skills

• Practical expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop.
• Work as part of an internal team that is virtual and multi-disciplinary on projects of variable scope, complexity, and length that meet business goals.
• Motion graphics would be an added advantage Develop design solutions for various platforms.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team for a wide range of materials that include web pages, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Build sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to outline the structure.
