Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Ability to conduct UX research using methods like primary and secondary research. Ability to conduct Design research in prototyping phase. Prepare and present rough drafts(sketches) to internal teams and key stakeholders. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets etc.,. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Adhere to product style guide standards on fonts, colors and images etc.,. Ability to design mockups for various platforms like web app and mobile app etc.,. Strong knowledge about UX Design processes, principles and systems. Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategies and trends. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently. Being comfortable working in Agile environment.

Skills

• Proven work experience of at least one year as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe XD.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
