Job Description

Develop design solutions for various platforms Establish consistent brand and creative designs Communicate ideas with project managers using mock-up and look books Collect feedback from project managers and adjust approach to cater to criteria Build sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to outline structure Work with the Team Lead to deliver attractive user interfaces across a range of client websites and mobile apps Keep up to date with the latest UI design and usability trends and techniques Work with a team of UX designers to ensure any UI design changes help to compliment the overall user experience and journey Conduct UI design and usability competitor analysis and reports Help to create UI design wireframes, mock ups and final designs across all desktop, mobile and tablet devices Support the Senior UI designer/Team Lead to create mock-ups for use in client pitches Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standard Collaborate closely with developers Design creative landing pages, websites, banners Strong knowledge of responsive layouts, grids, interaction and UI patterns

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field
• 3 years of experience with UI design
• Strong communication, design and creative thinking skills Experience with Adobe Pro, Photoshop and programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual work with excellent execution of ideas.
• Significant enthusiasm for brainstorming, iteration, and collaborative design.
• Ability to precisely communicate ideas to web developers.
• Analytical capabilities to translate user requirements into a graphical design with focus on user interaction and user experience.
