Job Description

Design and production of campaign creatives, social media graphics, and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, email templates, gif animations, video editing, image editing etc. Conceptualization of ideas, visualization of outcomes and translating them into creative output. Translation of brand positioning, existing creatives, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs. Working with the Marketing Team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs. Providing design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.

Skills

• Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop / Sketch, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Coral Draw etc.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
• Ability to translate initial or even sketchy ideas from marketing team into a tangible visual output
• 2+ years of proven graphic designing experience (preferably an agency experience)
• Work experience with a start-up is a plus
• A diverse and original portfolio will be another plus
