Job Description

Keen understanding of the product and consumer interaction behaviour. Close collaboration with Brand Mangers, UI Designers and Copywriters to structure and execute the design approach. This would include the brand tonality and personality. Deliver detailed design flows, and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout product development and implementation process. Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use. Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies. Develop consistent, intuitive design system. Ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems. Should be able to deliver within timelines which would require some bit of mutli-tasking. Effective communication and presentation skills and ability to listen, be proactive at addressing feedback, represent and advocate for UX and users. Proven solid, up-to-date understanding of best practices and trends in mobile & web.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction or similar area, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with responsive web, android and IOS application.
