Understanding how various user cohorts use a product, mapping out their flow while using the product, identifying their pain points Articulating the design changes with a clear why and how matrix with respect to the user persona and product metrics that it will help move Designing interfaces for each of the user interaction screens across web and mobile platforms, reviewing the technical feasibility and implementation timeline for the same with Product & Engineering teams Simplifying complex product interfaces Coming up with super simple and comprehendible end user messaging Making the products a delight to use Working with product and engineering team to track the deliverables
