Experience 4+ Year experience in User Interface / User Experience / Visual Design Being part of & worked on at least 2 digital products of any scale Essentials Good understanding of mental and conceptual modeling Ability to think through product need vs wants, user perspectives, stakeholder perspectives Able to brainstorm with the product team, product stakeholders and targeted users if available and shape up the conceptual model of the design Able to wireframe the conceptual model with quick turn around and decide with product managers and stakeholders of the product Able to build user flows with/without screen reference Good aesthetic taste Familiar with Interaction design Good understanding of the benefits of design workflows, components design, design consistency, etc.. Artistic background in any field – Painting / Music / Photography Portfolio to showcase previous/current assignments
