Job Description

Responsible for the Product User journeys and overall experience Persona research, mapping and user flow creation Working with Product Managers, UI designers, and technology team to ensure that user flows are simple, seamless and relevant Product screens copy development User flow testing Contribute to high level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams Excellent collaboration skills and have a knack for communicating complex problems and are thoughtful in your design decisions Extreme attention to detail and aesthetic sensibilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, hands-on, and creative environment Some exposure to or interest in HCI, Game Design, Persuasive Design or other development approaches you can leverage to improve the overall effectiveness of your design solutions

Skills

• Experience in designing SaaS products
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates a focus on incremental design outcomes
• Expert-level skills in design & system modeling tools such as Figma, Adobe XD (or equivalent tools)
• Competent in Lean UX principles and comfortable with an iterative design process
• Experience working with visual design concepts and best practices for typography, color theory, layout, icons, and general design theory
• Proficient with interaction design covering all elements such as aesthetics, motion, sound and physical space
• Well versed with quantitative, qualitative, behavioral and attitudinal research techniques including card sorting, usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews, persona creation, survey/ questionnaire, first click testing
• Competent in designing solutions that support trade-offs, UX debt & Technical debt
• Design user flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
• Comfortable with being resourceful and delivery focused in ambiguous situations
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
