Job Description

This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs. ● Drive user experience audits, reviews and heuristic evaluations. ● Focus on solving business problems from the user’s point of view and driving both process and design changes to meet business goals with user-centered design. ● Visualize, design and conceptualize the user journey. ● Design and run human-centered workshops. ● Present concepts and UX solutions.

Skills

● Good in sketching & work flow diagrams.

● Strong understanding of design research methodologies.

● Create detailed wireframes along with defining interaction specifications.

● Comfortable with building prototypes and using them in a user-centered design research process.

● Team player to work with design oriented techies, product managers and some of the best designers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
