Job Description

User research, prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and communicating design decisions, documenting detailed interaction models and UI specifications Articulate and share design thinking, decisions, and solutions with the organization showing how a user will experience your solution using data, user insights, research, and best practice Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards Advocate for users and promote human-centered design thinking Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows, and wireframes Communicate design ideas and prototypes Proactively identify UX/UI content problems such as user navigation, responsiveness, and content Drive user-centric design principles in everything you do Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback

Skills

• A portfolio that demonstrates experience in product thinking where you have previously shipped UX/UI design for digital products. Create user experience deliverables such as user journeys, visual design, design patterns, and prototypes
• You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• You have experience working with founders or c-suite stakeholders
• You are a designer that is constantly inspired—motivating those around you through your passion and drive for what you do.
• You are excited by regularly coming up with new ideas, shipping new products and features that address your users’ real needs.
• You shine through your designs—creating user flows and wireframes that simplify user interactions
• You are eager to visually communicate your ideas through prototypes to test with users.
• You thrive in a collaborative workplace; partnering with other designers, engineers, product developers, and other disciplines throughout the company.
