Job Description

Lead the design team to create and execute designs that meet project requirements and client needs. And be the creative head of the design team Develop and maintain a cohesive design strategy across all platforms. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and web development, to ensure designs align with the overall company vision. Create design concepts and mockups for a variety of mediums, including print and digital. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a wide range of design styles and mediums.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior designers.
