Take high-level product ideas from conception through execution, across web and mobile. We are a small team so you'll work across a wide range of areas - product strategy, user research, and UX/UI design in particular. Take joint ownership of metrics and strategy with the product team, and work collaboratively with engineering and operations to achieve goals

Skills

• Mastery of the basic principles of UX and visual design
• Mastery of design tools like Figma.
• Experience with planning and conducting user research

Job Description

Work closely with the product team to conceptualize product features for web and mobile. Good at problem solving and finding solutions through design with keeping technology and business requirements aligned. Will be the user gatekeeper throughout the discovery, design and development of every product and it’s features. Communicate interaction design flows based on user journey’s to stakeholders. Create user journey, user persona, user scenarios, user stories, page flows and translate them to prototypes that meet product feature goals. Work closely with Product Managers and engineers to ensure the user goals are met throughout the journey. Analyze heatmap, google analytics and other data to make better decisions to meet user goals. Suggest interaction design variations to AB test various UI interactions. Should be attentive to detail and organized to note product requirements (roadmaps) Offer creative solutions to product-related design/usability challenges, and expose site usability problems.

Skills

• Must have experience in designing customer facing or consumer oriented websites or mobile apps.
• Expertise in the Adobe suite and/or other visual design tools like sketch etc..
• Should be excellent at communication, be able to explain ideas clearly.
• Understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, and white space.
• Understand typography and must have acute eye for detail.
• Must be extremely proactive and self-starter.
• Ability to iterate and prototype quickly.
