Job Description

Defining the visual identity for Crypso’s brand Handling multiple projects as an individual contributor and deliver them within the planned time-frame. Creating user friendly visual flows & designs. Deliver designs through task flows, Information architecture, Wire-framing, Hi-Fidelity designs Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems Ensuring alignment of the proposed visual design solutions as per the brand guidelines and in accordance with the brand personality right from the early stages. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications for mobile web and app interfaces. Directing the visual design of mobile applications.

Skills

• Have proven skills in designing and developing simple to complex products. Experience in designing large-scale products in the consumer products space will be a huge advantage.
• Have Developed and managed UX,Visual Designer .
• Have strong portfolio of innovative design work that demonstrates industry-leading design and business success.
• Are excellent in verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate design and articulate decisions clearly and concisely to various audiences.
• Have used qualitative and quantitative data on consumer insights to extract the underlying user needs, and then driving problems to solutions and opportunities.
• Are experienced working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
• Can apply customer feedback and research to the design process.
• Have Demonstrated quick career progression either within the same company or across companies
• Are passionate about staying up to date about the latest design trends
• Are highly creative and able to effectively communicate ideas into execution
