Job Description

Collaborate with internal customers, product owner, business analysts, and developers on a variety of initiatives for our internal customer-facing Service Portal on the ServiceNow platform Engage in customer sessions to gather requirements and difficulties while distinguishing and prioritizing between individual wants and business needs Conduct analysis to define and design solutions for features, functionalities, and enhancements Create mockup designs portraying expectations of users and partners Articulate design decisions thoughtfully with an openness to feedback Create and prioritize JIRAs based on customer and stakeholder requirements while managing a backlog Analyze usage data and customer feedback Validate solutions meet the desired requirements and end user expectations for quality delivery Conduct platform testing in production and sub-production environments for monthly releases

Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to conduct presentation, advocacy and influencing partners
• Able to perform in a high pressure and highly dynamic environment
• Candidate must have attention to detail; have the ability to work independently; ability to persevere through pressurized environment.
• Proven experience with UX/UI framework and products
