Job Description

Work with various groups within the organization to provide UX direction for an upcoming project Understand complex problems while quickly and visually explaining potential solutions Convert sometimes undetailed specifications and requirements into an interface that upholds user and business needs Communicate with necessary stakeholders to understand the new product and/or features Create wireframes, workflows, schematics, and prototypes to test usability and functional goals Present prototypes to groups of engineers, product managers, QA and program managers Take and discuss feedback with the intent of delivering improved designs for final build-out Help define and document company standards where UX is involved Learn and understand the Cradlepoint ecosystem of customer-facing products and portals Always be an advocate for great design company-wide Occasionally work with partners and end customers to gather feedback Be flexible, be responsive to deadlines, be willing to learn while leveraging your unique skills
