Job Description

Identify which problems to solve, gauge the usability of products, and make sound recommendations for improvements. Understand and articulate the information architecture, customer journey, Empathy diagrams and processes surrounding the user experience. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design. Complete interaction diagrams, visual design, motion design and style guides with great attention to detail. Work with UI developers to implement pixel perfect strategies that ensure technical success. Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies, user flows), and steer the direction of future interaction designs.

Skills

• A proven track record of designing complex yet pragmatic & intuitive interactions and translate into beautiful UX.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of fundamental design skills around interfaces, grid, typography, colour, hierarchy and system design.
• Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners.
• Excellent communication skills and great attitude, enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders to understand and solve challenges.
• Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast paced start-up environment.
• Experience with adaptive & responsive frontend technologies such as React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX and JSON a great plus.
