Job Description

Making sure Convin looks and feels great to users wherever they see it and use it. Understand the desires of the client and create attractive product Work closely with product managers and other teams (tech, sales and marketing) to establish a plan for product release. Create product prototypes prior to creating final product Adjust approach towards designs based on feedback provided

Skills

• Super-proficient in Figma and any other design/prototyping tools (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc).
• Creative thinking with immense attention to visual detail
• Knowledge and Skill of current UI/UX best practices(design systems, style guides, libraries, etc.)
• Proactive - takes initiative, is self-motivated, and a team player.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Experience with mobile and responsive design is highly desirable.
