Job Description

Handle responsive design requirements, cross browser and cross device issues. Be detail oriented with a good understanding of web typography, colors, grids, icon/font families, visual layouts, design systems, material design, create themes and templates. Work closely with Usability/ UX specialists as well as Product/Domain experts and come up with highly polished, engaging and interactive software interfaces. Take ownership of UI assets, design templates and UX patterns to create and maintain a scalable and consistent application. Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wire framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with other team members Take smart risks and champion new ideas.

Skills

• Outstanding Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
• 1+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Experience in defining wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups from low (back of a napkin) to high (HTML/CSS) resolution
• Experience of creating original graphics designs (e.g. images, icons, sketches)
• Experience working with product and engineering teams
• Experience of identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Experience conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Experience defining style standards, e.g. templates, fonts, colors, images, etc.
