Gather problem statements that users or businesses might be facing from a cross-functional team and brainstorm over the solution. Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users Empathize with the user through their journey(ies) and understand their needs Plan research and usability tests to collect insights before/after designs are delivered Apply a mix of quantitative and qualitative user research techniques to gain greater empathy for the needs of users. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Identify new product improvement opportunities. Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication. A very high degree of focus on the user. You will be expected to be the voice of the user in the room, and the source of nuanced insights about them. Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Work in an agile environment with other designers, product managers, and developers. Active collaboration in developing a robust Design System in place.

Skills

• Solid visual design foundation understanding of design principles (space, typography, color theory, layout, etc.)

Job Description

Design intuitive and simple interfaces for web and mobile as per requirements. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. Work in an agile environment with other designers, product managers and developers. Iterate quickly with short turnaround times. A very high degree of focus on the user. You will be expected to be the voice of the user in the room, and the source of nuanced insights about them. Apply a mix of quantitative and qualitative user research techniques (for example, user interviews and Usability Testings) to gain greater empathy for the needs of users. Active collaboration in developing robust Design System in place. Incorporate continuous feedback from stakeholders and teammates into your designs.

To re-define the UI/UX for coding ninjas platforms for scale The work will cover website, online learning platform, Android and iOS app, and all other future student platforms To establish best industry practices in terms of design and user experience To analyse data driven user behaviour and make corrective actions in terms of UI/UX

Skills

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience preferably in a startup and across web and mobile
• Has designed end to end user experience for a platform at scale
