    Job Description

    Your role is to implement creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our brand values and design philosophy. Create new critical components, features and iterations of our solution Drive the design process from idea to implementation and everything that entails it - research, UX design, UI design and user testing of the RADAR web and mobile app. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering to create a highly efficient delivery team Maintain design libraries with aesthetic and functional iconography, typography, color, spacing, UI components to help users to navigate our product with ease Help translate product goals, balancing user-insights and engineering to create an elegant, usable and measurable user experience Obsess about end users with a good understanding of different research and testing methods, including when and how to use them.

    Skills

    • Human-Computer interaction or equivalent practical experience
    • Excellent visual design skills
    • Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma/Sketch and animation tools to best represent concepts
    • Iterative approach. Ability to move quickly from idea to validation and documenting user flows, personas and pain-points
    • Experience in designing exemplary mobile interfaces for native apps (Android & iOS) is an added bonus
