Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project Visual story from the given brief and can think outside the box Work on projects through from the storyboard stage to final animation Create and deliver motion graphics for various media Create high impact designs, illustrations and highly engaging animations and videos Work with editors, designers to resolve technical and/or design issues In animation, simplify complicated interactions and solve challenging problems Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques Curiosity to learn & explore things outside your domain of expertise

Skills

• Deep understanding of fundamental visual & motion design disciplines (typography, iconography, audio, composition, color, layout, etc.).
• Proficient in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Lottie
• Good understanding of scene assembly
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, positive and innovative thinker
• Experience creating motion graphics and/or social media edits
• Basic knowledge of 3D software is good.
• You must have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects.

Job Description

Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software Apply typography techniques Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services Increase user-friendliness in digital products Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Should have a detailed understanding and proven hands-on experience on designing Marketing/Advertising Collaterals. Should be a Creative thinker with an understanding of Branding and Brand Communication. Ability to work on branding Concepts Adaptable to Tight Deadlines and clear design thought process for different industries Should have the understanding to Create Designs to suit customer satisfaction

Skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Creative bent of mind & Strong aesthetic skills to create brand specific to the platform and purpose
• Comprehensive understanding of Branding, Advertising & Digital Media
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to track the progress of job tasks, responsibilities and goals
