Job Description

Create highly effective designs/ short videos for digital marketing campaigns, event experiences, interactive experiences, and corporate collateral. Create and format all visual elements for campaigns across social, email, print, and out of home, focusing on typography, layout, imagery, iconography, and brand consistency. Ensure the whole brand identity is consistently represented across all designs internally and externally. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure superior quality, cohesion, and impact of creative solutions across all marketing touch-points. Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders into final deliverables.

Skills

• Strong portfolio of digitally-focused marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Portfolio featuring examples of visual interaction design work (Please share a personal portfolio/website link).
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects).
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Comfortable in managing multiple projects of varying complexities at once, meeting deadlines, working independently and well under pressure.
• Graphic design expertise in typography, layout, colour, and brand systems.
• Fluency in current graphic design practices and using the latest graphic/video production software.
• Effective time management skills and ability to organise and meet deadlines..

Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be contributing as a design expert. You’ll focus on delivering the best possible experience for our end users. You will work closely with the rest of the Product team (Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineers) to turn conceptual ideas and hypotheses into valuable experiences. You will be tasked with taking the overall product experience to the next level. Working together with Product Managers & Engineers at every stage of a new release, from concept to code. Maintain an up-to-date repository of design guidelines and systems. Conduct evaluative user research and usability testing to define the problems & probe feasibility. Coaching and mentoring of UX Designers in the team Plus: We will appreciate some knowledge in front-end code (HTML, SASS, CSS & React).

Skills

• Proven experience solving complex problem, turning them into easy and dazzling solutions for the customer
• Solid experience creating wireframes, storyboards and user flows.
• Start up experience or mentality a plus. Ability to jump in where needed and expand the role.
• An in-depth understanding of usability guidelines and human computer interaction (HCI).
• Proven working knowledge of design tools (Figma & Sketch) and prototyping (Invision, Maze or Adobe XD)
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Used to work in close collaboration with PM & engineers to oversee the development of a product from problem definition, conception to launch. You are a team player you have the attitude and want to work in a team.
