Job Description

Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose. Strong creative thinking, ability to understand the business requirements and produce new ideas, concepts, and designs that suit the needs and are visually appealing. Ability to recommend and create visual solutions based on the users descriptions. Creating Interactive Design. Design and develop interface for e-Learning courseware. Develop graphics, animations,videos and e-learning products or courses. Review e-Learning courseware from a design perspective and make improvements to course content. Develop highly interactive multimedia for eLearning content. Createing interactive or animated graphics and videos using a variety of tools, like Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and good to have expsoure in tools like 3D Studio Max, simulation tools, including Captivate, Articulate, and Camstasia. Creating GUI for eLearning courses and Integrate voice-overs into eLearning course.

Skills

• Ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans.
• Experience in Adobe Flash Professional, Adobe Illustrator.
• Create and edit images using Adobe Photoshop and other image editing tools.
• Experience in Premier Pro, Indesign, After Effects, Dreamweaver.
• Experience of audio editing using Audacity or similar software.
• Experience in Character designing and animation.
• Good to have Experience in 3D Software (Max/Maya/Blender).
• Good visualization skills to convert concepts into a visual medium.
• Should be able to understand a storyboard (SB) and able to visualize and execute the concept described in the SB.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handles diverse tasks simultaneously.
• Strong Communication Skill in English Language.
• Excellent presentation skills.
