Job Description

Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design Must have strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite Create user scenarios, user journey workflows, wireframes, UI designs and interactive prototypes throughout software product development lifecycle Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required. Should be able to adapt and extend the style guide as required and define new UI components when needed Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively

Skills

• A strong design portfolio showcasing your problem solving skill and high design caliber
• You are creative, detail-oriented, and methodical with a passion for user-centered design
• Design experience in the advertising industry is an added bonus
• Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience designing UX for web, tablet and phone
• Knowledge of the entire design process, from problem-solving to detailed UI and visual design
• Ability to convert new patterns and templates into prototypes for review and implementation
• Familiarity with working on an Agile/Iterative development framework
• Self-starter with positive attitude with the ability to collaborate with brand managers and developers

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Has a quick-turn-around time & is willing to be available over weekends when required Has to be able to prioritise and manage team requirements while keeping in mind timelines in order to maintain good outputs every time Work under minimal supervision and display strong independent behaviour and needs to be assertive

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe In Design and Adobe after effects
• Should have a Work experience in designing UI/UX for websites
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work is mandatory to show along with the resume.
• Should be able to join the office immediately.
